each batch is hand made from our San Diego orchard these are great use for

- Garnishing your cocktails

- Infusing your drinks

- Decorating baked goods

- Making wreaths or garlands and so much more.

The possibilities are endless. We cut each citrus wheel by hand. This leaves us with evenly sliced wheels that are thin and resemble stained glass. Slow heat over 20+ hours will preserve the fruit for up to 1 year. This process enables the fruits to contain it’s nutrients, vitamins, and only lose the moisture. Our fruit is pesticide free and organic.

We will send your order out in an airtight bag which will keep your fruit dry and crispy. Just make sure it stays properly closed as "humidity" is the biggest enemy of dehydrated fruit. 

No added sugar, preservatives, chemicals, artificial flavors or colors. Gluten-free, Non-GMO, vegan, 100% natural.
